FDR liked it

Church Street United Methodist will be celebrating 75 years at it's current location on January 29th. A mear decade short of its 200th birthday, Church Street has called the corner of Henley and Main home since 1931. More magnificant than the structure itself is that God and the Church Street congregation accomplished its construction in the midst of the depression. FDR called it "The most beautiful church I have ever seen." Church Street's history is an interest read.
