If you have not seen Karol: A Man Who Became Pope on the Hallmark Channel you should TIVO it this Sunday morning at 9am. It is quite good.

The two scenes that stood out the most to me where when after being chosen as Pope, Karol Wojtyla faced the vestments of Pope that would be his for the rest of his life.

The other is when his family and friends, living in communist Poland, first hear that he has been elected Pope.

Karol Wojtyla, Pope John Paul II, was one of the great men of faith of the 20th century, and this is an excellent portrayal of his life and faith.
